We have developed an innovative system to achieve high-quality single crystals at conditions close to room temperature. Using this advanced technology, we make single crystals primarily composed of MAPbBr3 (methylammonium lead bromide) and CsPbBr3 (cesium lead bromide). Our AY Single Crystals have exceptional crystallinity and X-ray absorption capabilities.

We are currently busy developing a strategy for monolithic integration of our crystals into various substrates, including ITO-coated glass, silicon wafers, and PCB boards. Our monolithic integration streamlines the production and lowers the cost, bypassing the need for pre-pixilation and the high-temperature bonding process applied in traditional approaches.
